Who Are We?
We are an international, multi-racial alliance of women with a mission to advocate for qualified women to run for office at all levels of government and multilateral organizations or become engaged in helping with a woman candidate’s campaign by sharing information, making connections, and encouraging engagement in national and international leadership opportunities.
Our Mission
Our mission is to advocate for and support campaigns of women running for office at senior levels of government and multilateral organizations. We believe that women’s voices and perspectives are essential to creating a more just and equitable world, and that empowering women to run for offce is crucial for achieving gender equality and social justice.
We believe that empowering women to run for office benefits everyone, not just women. By promoting greater gender diversity and representation in politics, we can create more responsive and effective policy-making processes that better reflect the needs and experiences of all people. Women’s leadership and perspectives can help to address some of the most pressing challenges facing our society, from economic inequality to climate change to social justice.

Our Vision
She Leads Coalition firmly envisions an effective, functional, and representative democracy that effects positive change in the lives of women and girls. We believe in every person’s right to live in freedom and quality, to enjoy equal openings, and to impact opinions made regarding the changes they want to see in their lives, communities, and country. We aspire to see a world in which individual differences and backgrounds are admired and used to strengthen communities.
With equality as the driving, She Leads Coalition was born with a desire to advocate and support women’s fair access to political spheres – as voters, candidates, elected officials, and civil service members. We envision a world in which people join forces to challenge the power imbalances that allow environmental declination and propel climate change; that condone exploitation, oppression, and exclusion; and that perpetuate gender inequalities.
